PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY Release of Confidential Information Statement Information concerning a student's school records or conduct is not to be discussed with anyone except other Wicomico County Public Schools employees who have a direct school-related interest in the student. Discussion of such information with student's parents shall be limited to those employees having direct responsibility for the supervision, direction, or instruction of the student. Detailed information regarding the confidentiality of student information is to be found in the Student Records Policy and Procedure below. The injured worker will first notify their supervisor then along with their supervisor the injured worker shall call The Company Nurse at 1-877-545-9152. The call injury contact center is available 24/7/365. The code for Wicomico County Board of Education is MABE04. Company Nurse will gather information over the phone and help the injured worker access appropriate medical treatment. The injured worker will receive an Incident Number in case they need to call back. If the employee seeks medical attention, the employee must report to Human Resources following their medical treatment. In case of life of limb threatening injury, call 911 or transport directly to the ER. Then, call the Company Nurse with any information that you have regarding the incident once the situation has stabilized. Section 3, EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES
