This handbook will provide you with valuable and necessary information to assist you in your success as a WCPS employee. The employee handbook is for the exclusive use of WCPS employees. Its contents are subject to periodic change and do not constitute an expressed or implied contract. For negotiated items, please refer to the current appropriate Unit Association contract using the provided link. It is understood that the current Unit Association contract will take precedence in the event of a discrepancy between this handbook and the contract. This handbook should be read in its entirety at the time of initial employment and reviewed annually for familiarization with policies and benefits directly affecting employees. For questions pertaining to a specific employment concern, employees are encouraged to seek answers from their immediate supervisor and then the Human Resources Department.
